We collect organisation details, administrator account details, and the property, unit, tenant, tenancy, rent and payment records you enter into the platform.
Data is used solely to operate your workspace: managing portfolios, generating rent obligations, sending notifications you configure, and reconciling payments received through your own payment gateway account.
Every record is bound to your organisation and enforced at the database level. No organisation can read or modify another organisation's records.
Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway partner. RentQuay never stores raw card data. Payouts settle directly into your own gateway account.
You are the data controller for tenant records you upload. We process this data on your behalf and do not use it for marketing.
Records remain available for the life of your subscription. On cancellation you may export your data, after which the workspace is scheduled for deletion.
