Access to the platform requires an active subscription. Plan limits on properties, units and users apply to your organisation and are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate.
Rent paid by your tenants settles into your own connected payment gateway account. RentQuay records and reconciles the transaction; it does not hold your rental income.
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, for the lawfulness of notices you issue, and for obtaining consent to contact tenants by WhatsApp or email.
The platform may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to store unlawful content, or to attempt to access another organisation's data.
We aim for continuous availability but may perform scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from downtime.
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
